About Us

We started Front Range Kratom in 2018 with the goal of providing people with a place they could trust to find safe, reliable, tested kratom. We found a farmer in Indonesia who has continued to provide us with consistent kratom powder since then. With virtually no advertising, we built our business customer by customer. Our loyal customers have stayed with us and referred their friends and family. It’s been rewarding to help so many people over the years as well as to expand the variety of kratom and other herbal products we are able to offer.

The process of our Kratom

Our farmer and his team begin the testing process before harvest. The trees are then monitored and assigned harvest intervals depending on the type of Kratom that is desired–greens, reds, whites, and supers. All Kratom is natural and not enhanced with extracts. The harvest data is logged for each tree and the leaves are sent to an on-site drying facility. The leaves are not exposed to sunlight during this process. Once dried, the leaves are then moved to the grinding mills where they are transformed into a fine nano powder and vacuum sealed in plastic packaging. The Kratom packages are then stored under ultraviolet light and subjected to gamma rays for sterilzation before shipment.

Third-Party Lab Tested

Before our kratom powder is shipped to us from our kratom farmer in Indonesia, it is tested there for heavy metals, e coli and salmonella. We also routinely retest the kratom powder here in the United States. Other products  sold in our store (including capsules, gummies, extracts and beverages) have testing provided by the manufacturer. 

Fun facts about our Kratom Strains

Green, red, and white Kratom are the only naturally grown strains of Kratom. Other popular types such as gold and yellow Kratom are mixes of different strain types. Chocolate Kratom is a red type that is put through a fermentation process. The strains are named after regions in Southeast Asia–Bali, Borneo, Thai–or by the shape of the leaf–Elephant, Devil, Horn. The popular Maeng Da strain is named after a giant Thai water bug, a common snack in the region, but also means “pimp grade” which is a term largely attributed to this famous strain in Kratom communities. Currently, our farmer produces 30-50 tons of these Kratom strains per month.

Jane Gordon is the store owner, kratom advocate, and a consumer. After discovering the healing benefits of the amazing mitragyna speciosa plant, Jane decided to open a retail/online store in Aurora, Colorado, to help provide people with help for their unique needs. Jane loves seeing how her amazing, loyal staff go above and beyond to treat customers like family. In her free time, Jane enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring the beautiful state of Colorado.

Ashley is originally from Louisiana and moved to Colorado in 2016. Since then, she has worked in digital marketing and content creation for almost a decade, building a career helping small and local businesses. Ashley has always had a passion for holistic health and alternative medicine, and has been a Kratom user for several years. When she’s not at the shop or typing away on her computer, Ashley can be found reading, gaming, or enjoying a horror movie.

Grant is a Colorado native who is our kratom-tender. He overcame a crippling addiction and depression by using kratom and spends his days happily spreading the word of herbal medicine and his hope for a future where herbs and pharmaceuticals can help patients in tandem with one another. When Grant is relaxing he is usually researching random science videos on YouTube and enjoying time with his family.
